Save Energy Grow Fruit Trees Project
This Projects Involves Provision of sustainable Improved Energy Saving Solar Aided Cooking Solutions to Beneficiaries in the Eastern Sub Regions of Uganda. With The Objective fighting against deforestation and environmental change caused by Search of Cooking wood Fuel. The project is also aimed at Re- afforestation and creation of an improved livelihood amongst women and Youths through planting fruit trees and other Cash crops there by empowering them economically.

The projects focuses on Donation of sustainable smoke free energy saving stoves to school communities

The project involves Youth and Women skills and economic Empowerment programs in the Targeted Communities

The project Focuses on Growing Fruit Trees to carry out reafforestation and Environmental Protection
Livelihood
The Project also Focuses on Improving Health and standards of living of all the involved beneficiaries
Project Phases

Phase One : Pilot
Rotary Club Of Soroti Central. Rotary International and Rotary Club Santa Rosa East/West California Donate 1 (one) Institutional Energy saving stove to Teso Collage secondary school Soroti, Halcyon Secondary School Soroti and Kaberamaido secondary school each.
Plus 20 Domestic Energy saving stoves to all the school communities

Phase two : Implementation & addition of One District
Rotary Club Of Soroti Central. Rotary International and Rotary Club Santa Rosa East/West California Donate 2 (two) Institutional Energy saving stoves to Teso Collage secondary school Soroti District, 1 (One) Institutional energy saving stove to Preparatory Nursery and Primary school, St. Peters Secondary school Katekwan and Kongunga Secondary School all In Bukedea District each Plus 30 Domestic Energy saving stoves to all the school communities

Phase three: Extending the Project to Busia and Tororo District
Rotary Club Of Soroti Central. Rotary International and Rotary Club Santa Rosa East/West California Donate 1 (one) Institutional Energy saving stoves to Mwenge Primary school, Nawire Primary in Tororo district and Bukwekwe Primary school in Busia District each plus 20 domestic energy saving stoves to all the school communities

Phase four: Need For Funds To Extend the Project to more communities
All though we have tried to focus all our Energy and resources to the eastern region of uganda. Many schools and communities have not been reached and hence deforestation continues. There is need to extend the project to more communities. Our Proposal includes Usuku, Toroma in Katakwi and Kaberamaido District
